Warehouse Associate

Duties Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management software to track stock levels, process shipments, and update records accurately Pick, pack, and prepare orders using RF scanners, order pickers, pallet jacks, and other equipment to ensure timely delivery Load and unload trucks safely using forklifts and pallet jacks, adhering to safety protocols and trade compliance standards Conduct stock replenishment, stocking, and packaging activities to maintain optimal inventory levels and order accuracy Assist with shipping logistics, including preparing shipping & receiving documentation and coordinating international trade regulations when applicable Perform data entry tasks related to inventory updates, order processing, and shipment tracking in ERP systems such as AS400 or MRP platforms Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries related to order status or shipment issues with professionalism and efficiency Qualifications Previous experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers preferred; familiarity with warehouse experience is a plus Proficient in using warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, and Microsoft Office tools for data entry and reporting Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying shipments accurately Ability to operate forklifts safely; forklift certification is highly desirable Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, order picking & packing processes, and logistics standards Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills for stock management and trade compliance adherence Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and providing customer service when needed Embark on a rewarding career journey where your efforts directly contribute to our success!
