Warehouse Associate – Chinese Required Company: High Speed Supply Chain Management Location: 12770 Moore St, Cerritos, CA 90703 Pay: $20.00–$22.00 per hour, based on skills and experience Work Location: On-site About the Position High Speed Supply Chain Management is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support daily operations at our Cerritos warehouse. The ability to understand and communicate in Chinese is required. Candidates who can communicate in both Chinese and English are preferred. Responsibilities Load and unload shipments and containers. Receive, count, sort, and organize incoming goods. Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment. Stack and wrap pallets, and move goods to designated locations. Assist with inventory counts and report damaged goods or quantity discrepancies. Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe. Follow work instructions and coordinate with warehouse and office staff. Operate forklifts or other warehouse equipment only when trained and authorized. Qualifications Ability to understand and communicate in Chinese is required. English communication skills are a plus. Previous warehouse, shipping, or receiving experience is preferred, but not required. Forklift operating experience is a plus. Reliable attendance, punctuality, and a responsible attitude. Attention to detail when checking quantities, labels, and orders. Ability to perform warehouse duties involving standing, walking, bending, lifting, and moving goods, with or without reasonable accommodation. Willingness to follow safety procedures and work as part of a team. Compensation Starting pay is $20.00–$22.00 per hour, depending on relevant skills and experience.
