• Move parts and materials to assigned areas within the warehouse in a safe and efficient manner.
• Perform stocking activities to ensure shelves and storage areas remain organized and properly labeled.
• Assist with picking orders and preparing items for shipment or distribution.
• Support general labor tasks such as loading, unloading, palletizing, and maintaining warehouse organization.
• Follow all safety procedures while lifting, twisting, bending, and handling materials up to 50 lbs.
• Keep the work area clean, orderly, and free of hazards throughout the shift.
Essential Skills
• Minimum of 6 months experience working in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Demonstrated ability to use RF scanner or RF scanner gun for inventory and picking tasks.
• Hands-on experience with shipping and receiving, including unloading and loading materials.
• Ability to perform general labor tasks such as palletizing, stocking, and material handling.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
• Comfortable working on your feet throughout an 8-hour shift.
• Physical ability to perform frequent twisting, bending, lifting, and similar movements.
• Familiarity with warehouse and distribution processes, including stocking and receiving.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
• Experience working in a high-volume distribution or warehouse setting.
• Experience in order picking using RF scanners or similar technology.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet daily operational goals.
• Strong attention to detail when scanning, stocking, and organizing inventory.
• Reliability and punctuality for consistent first-shift attendance.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Washington, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
