We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and motivated Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team. We operate a busy warehouse handling local freight, cross-docking, storage, and convention shipments. We are looking for someone who is organized, safety-conscious, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and willing to help wherever needed. Responsibilities Load and unload freight from box trucks, trailers, and containers. Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely. Receive, inspect, count, and verify incoming and outgoing freight. Identify and report shortages, overages, and damages (OS&D). Take pictures of freight and maintain accurate shipment records. Assist with inventory management, labeling, palletizing, and shrink-wrapping. Prepare freight for local deliveries, pickups, and outbound shipments. Enter shipment information and updates into warehouse and transportation systems. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse. Assist drivers and dispatch with freight preparation and daily operations. Follow all company safety and security procedures. Qualifications Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred. Forklift experience preferred. Basic computer skills required, including email and data entry. Ability to read and understand shipping documents, BOLs, and freight labels. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Reliable transportation and consistent attendance. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities.
