Warehouse Associate

Aviitec AVL is looking for a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team. This position is responsible for helping keep our warehouse organized, receiving and preparing inventory, assisting with orders, and safely handling professional audio, video, lighting, and related equipment. Responsibilities Receive and unload incoming shipments Verify incoming products against purchase orders and packing slips Unpack, inspect, label, and properly store inventory Pick and prepare customer orders Prepare equipment for rentals, deliveries, and pickups Receive and inspect returned rental equipment Safely operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment Assist with loading and unloading equipment and deliveries Keep warehouse shelves, storage areas, and workspaces clean and organized Assist with inventory counts Report damaged, missing, or incorrect inventory Use barcode scanners and inventory systems as needed Follow company safety and equipment-handling procedures Perform other warehouse duties as assigned Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish Previous forklift operation experience required Dependable and punctual Strong attention to detail Organized and able to follow instructions Comfortable using computers and basic inventory systems Able to work independently and as part of a team Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or inventory experience preferred Experience with audio, video, lighting, electronics, or technical equipment is a plus but not required Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to bend, reach, push, and pull Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds Ability to assist with loading and unloading equipment Ability to safely operate a forklift in a warehouse environment About Aviitec AVL Aviitec AVL provides professional audio, video, and lighting equipment and solutions for commercial customers, churches, venues, restaurants, and other organizations.
