Warehouse Associate Location: Summit Point Drive, Henrietta, NY, 14467 Employment Type: Part-time, temporary (7-month contract: November 2026 – May 2027) Pay Range: $18.00 - $18.50 per hour Shift/Hours: Day Shift, 20-30 Hours per week Start: Immediately JOB OVERVIEW The Warehouse Associate keeps our warehouse running accurately, safely, and on time. Under the supervision of the Manager, Operations, this position is responsible for assisting in a variety of warehouse duties at the Company’s site, including shipping and receiving, loading and unloading trucks. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Shipping and Receiving: > Receives shipments and logs accordingly. > Stacks products and materials on assigned racking. Follows all standard operating procedures and safety protocols. Identifies damage, loss or surplus of goods and materials stored in the warehouse and reports to the Supervisor. Maintains records of all activities and processes pertaining to the warehouse as needed. Performs warehouse and/or facilities maintenance as required. Required to wear company-mandated protective clothing, footwear and safety gear. Works on special projects and other duties/responsibilities as assigned. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE High School Diploma or equivalent required. Warehouse, shipping/receiving or order fulfillment experience is an asset SKILLS Motivated, shows initiative, and works well on a team. Works well independently with minimal supervision, as well as with others. Good verbal and written communication skills. General computer skills (e.g., data entry, email, inventory or shipping software). Well organized, with strong attention to detail and good time management. Adaptable and comfortable with changing priorities. Professional, with good judgment and discretion. WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Work takes place in the company warehouse in Henrietta, NY. The role is physically active, with some time spent at a computer. The role requires standing, walking, bending and lifting up to 40 lbs. The work area has machinery noise, and company-provided protective equipment is required.
