Warehouse Associate

Job Overview As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll keep products moving through warehouse operations, from receiving and stocking to order fulfillment and shipping. You’ll use inventory management tools and warehouse distribution processes to help ensure orders are accurate, organized, and ready to reach customers. Your impact: Accurate picking, packing, and shipping help customers receive the right products and support smooth logistics. Responsibilities Receive, inspect, load, and unload shipments; complete shipping and receiving tasks. Stock products, maintain inventory records, and use data entry to update a warehouse management system, inventory management software, or enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. Pick and pack orders using an order picker, pallet jack, or forklift when trained and authorized. Prepare packaging and shipping documentation, following shipping logistics procedures and applicable trade compliance and international trade regulations. Provide responsive customer service and coordinate with colleagues to support warehouse distribution and order fulfillment. Requirements Basic math skills and accuracy with data entry; Microsoft Office experience is useful. Warehouse experience and familiarity with warehouse operations, inventory management, and shipping and receiving are preferred. Knowledge of logistics, inventory management software, warehouse management systems, ERP systems, materials requirements planning (MRP), or AS400 is an asset. Experience with stocking, order picking, picking and packing, packaging, load and unload tasks, or shipping logistics is helpful. Forklift, pallet jack, or order picker experience is preferred; operate equipment only when trained and authorized. Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour Work Location: In person
