Warehouse Associate

We are looking for a dependable, organized Warehouse Associate to help with daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate takes initiative, pays attention to detail, and works well independently and with a team. Responsibilities Receive deliveries and verify quantities against purchase orders and packing slips. Organize, label, and stock materials in designated locations. Pull and prepare materials for jobs and customer orders. Track inventory and report shortages, discrepancies, or damaged items. Assist with shipping, returns, and inventory counts. Load and unload materials safely. Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe. Communicate with purchasing staff and field teams to ensure materials are ready when needed. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Reliable attendance and punctuality. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to follow instructions, prioritize tasks, and work with minimal supervision. Basic computer and data-entry skills. Ability to perform physical warehouse duties, with or without reasonable accommodation. Previous warehouse or inventory experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.
