Duties Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software to track inventory, process orders, and manage stock levels. Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with precision utilizing forklifts, roll clamp pallet jacks. Load and unload shipments safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling tools in compliance with safety standards. Prepare shipments by packaging products securely, verifying order accuracy, and coordinating shipping logistics in accordance with trade compliance and international trade regulations. Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and inventory audits to prevent discrepancies and optimize warehouse efficiency. Provide excellent customer service by addressing shipping & receiving inquiries promptly and assisting with order fulfillment processes. Qualifications Proven experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers; familiarity with warehouse distribution processes is highly preferred. Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts, order quantities, and shipping documentation. Valid certification for forklift operation, pallet jacks, and trade compliance tools is advantageous. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for data entry, stock stocking, packing, and order picking tasks Excellent communication skills coupled with a customer-focused attitude to support seamless warehouse operations.
