Warehouse Associate

Duties Assist with the receipt, inspection, and proper storage of incoming shipments using warehouse management software Prepare outgoing orders by picking, packing, and labeling products accurately according to customer specifications Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment safely to load and unload trucks and move inventory within the warehouse Possibly drive company vehicles to assist in delivering sold materials to customers. Maintain accurate inventory records through data entry and inventory management systems. Support shipping logistics by coordinating with carriers and ensuring compliance with trade regulations and shipping standards Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and audits to ensure inventory accuracy Support warehouse distribution activities by organizing stock for efficient order picking and replenishment Requirements Previous experience working in a warehouse environment or distribution center preferred Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software. Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for order processing and inventory tracking Proficiency in computer applications for reporting and documentation purposes Forklift operation; experience with pallet jacks and forklift operations in small spaces is a plus Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills Ability to lift heavy objects safely and stand or walk for extended periods during shifts Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, order fulfillment processes, and trade compliance regulations Valid driver's license with a CLEAN MVR ( 0 points required) is a must as there may be some driving of company vehicles required.
