Warehouse Associate

Koha Foods is looking for a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team on the overnight shift. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys staying active, working as part of a team, and helping keep our warehouse operations moving accurately and efficiently. This is currently expected to be a full-time temporary position through approximately mid-to-late April 2027 . Depending on business needs and the employee's performance, there may be an opportunity for continued regular employment after the temporary assignment ends; however, continued employment is not guaranteed. What You’ll Do As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll support different areas of our warehouse operation based on daily needs. Responsibilities may include: Receive and unload incoming products from trucks and containers Inspect incoming products for damage, shortages, overages, and other discrepancies Sort, stock, organize, and replenish products throughout the warehouse Pick and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently Stage and prepare completed orders for delivery Load products onto delivery trucks and vans Assist with cycle counts and other inventory activities Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment after proper training Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow food safety, workplace safety, and Company procedures Support other warehouse functions and team members as operational needs change What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who: Is dependable and consistently reports to work on time and ready to work Can reliably maintain a 1:00 AM start time Is comfortable performing physical work throughout the shift Pays attention to detail and can work accurately in a fast-paced environment Has basic math and communication skills Works well independently and as part of a team Is willing to learn, receive coaching, and support different areas of the warehouse Has previous warehouse, order picking, stocking, forklift, pallet jack, or similar experience - preferred, but not required Has a high school diploma or equivalent experience - preferred Work Environment & Physical Requirements This position works in an active warehouse environment and may require standing and walking for extended periods; bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling; and regularly lifting and moving products weighing up to 50 pounds . Employees may also work in refrigerated or freezer areas as needed. Appropriate Company-required PPE will be provided when applicable. Important: Overnight Schedule The scheduled shift is 1:00 AM – 9:30 AM . This is a consistent overnight/early-morning schedule — the workday begins at 1:00 AM. Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential to this position.
