Warehouse Associate

Job Overview As a Warehouse Associate of Tap N Roll, you’ll keep products moving through warehouse operations, from picking and packing to shipping. You’ll use warehouse management systems and equipment to support accurate inventory management and order fulfillment across warehouse distribution and e-commerce operations. Your impact: Accurate, timely order fulfillment helps customers receive the right products and supports smooth logistics for the team. Tap N Roll is a specialty retail store and community gathering space with retail locations in Williamsburg and Newport News. We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented workers that display a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently. Your ability to keep orders moving through the warehouse means customers get the kind of quick and accurate service Tap N Roll strives towards. Responsibilities Pick and verify items; prepare orders for dispatch. Pack orders as required by the order type in a timely manner. Update inventory and shipment records through data entry in warehouse management, inventory management, or online marketplace. Provide responsive customer service and coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to resolve order or inventory issues. Experience Warehouse experience and familiarity with warehouse operations, inventory management, and order picking are helpful. Basic math skills and accurate data entry are important. Experience in warehouse distribution, e-commerce, picking and packing, shipping and receiving, or order fulfillment is a plus.
