Warehouse Associate

In this energetic role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods through various warehouse functions, including inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, and warehouse distribution. Responsibilities Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using order picker equipment, pallet jacks, and other tools Manage inventory levels accurately using warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems, and inventory management software Load and unload trucks safely, ensuring proper handling of goods with forklifts and other material handling equipment Maintain organized stockrooms by stocking shelves, conducting regular stock counts, and updating inventory records Process shipping logistics documentation, including shipping & receiving logs, trade compliance paperwork, and international trade regulations when applicable Assist with packaging products securely for shipment to prevent damage during transit Support warehouse distribution activities by coordinating order fulfillment processes and ensuring timely delivery Experience Previous experience working in a warehouse environment or logistics setting is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate Familiarity with warehouse operations including order picking & packing, stock management, and shipping logistics Proficiency in using inventory management software, ERP systems like AS400 or MRPs is advantageous Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying shipments accurately Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely; forklift certification is a plus Strong data entry skills with attention to detail to ensure accurate recordkeeping in warehouse management systems Excellent customer service skills to support internal teams and external partners effectively #CNX200 Pay: $20.00 per hour Work Location: In person
