Warehouse Associate

Job Summary We are looking for a Warehouse Associate to join our team. This position is responsible for preparing customer orders, stocking and replenishing inventory, operating warehouse equipment, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse. Duties & Responsibilities Pick and prepare customer orders using scanners or other systems. Stock and replenish products while maintaining proper product rotation. Wrap, stage, and secure orders for delivery. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse. Inspect equipment before use and report any safety or maintenance concerns. Repack damaged products and report shortages or product issues. Help maintain order accuracy and minimize product breakage. Meet productivity and accuracy goals. Assist with stocking, organizing, and replenishing product as needed. Complete required training and safety classes. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Job Requirements High School Diploma or GED preferred. Previous warehouse experience preferred. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record preferred. Basic computer and math skills. Ability to operate pallet jacks, ride jacks, or forklifts preferred. Strong attention to detail and time management skills. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work flexible hours as needed. Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen. Must be authorized to work in the USA for any employer. Physical Demands Ability to regularly stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and reach. Ability to lift up to 40 pounds. Frequent use of hands for handling and grasping products. Ability to work around warehouse equipment and product. Ability to assist with loading, unloading, and moving product.
