In this energetic role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth warehouse distribution, accurate inventory management, and efficient order fulfillment. Your proactive approach will help us deliver exceptional service to our customers while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Duties Receive, unload, and load shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment to ensure safe handling of goods Pick and pack orders accurately following specified procedures to meet customer expectations and delivery deadlines Maintain precise inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS) Conduct regular stock checks, cycle counts, and audits to ensure inventory accuracy and proper stock levels Prepare shipments for dispatch by packaging products securely and verifying shipping & receiving documentation in compliance with trade regulations and shipping logistics standard Skills Strong knowledge of order picking & packing, shipping, and receiving of stock Experience with warehouse operations including stocking, order fulfillment, and international trade regulations Skilled in operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely; forklift certification preferred Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records Customer service mindset with the ability to communicate effectively within a team environment Join us as a Warehouse Associate where your energy fuels our success!
