Responsibilities Operate warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems, and inventory management software to track stock levels, process orders, and update records accurately. Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment using RF scanners, order pickers, pallet jacks, and other equipment. Load and unload trucks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols using forklifts and other material handling equipment. Maintain precise inventory counts through regular stock checks and data entry into warehouse systems. Assist with shipping logistics by preparing shipping labels, coordinating with carriers, and ensuring compliance with trade regulations and trade compliance standards. Support warehouse distribution activities by stocking shelves, organizing storage areas, and managing packaging materials. Provide excellent customer service by responding to internal requests promptly and ensuring order accuracy for both domestic and international trade shipments. Experience Prior experience working in a warehouse environment or logistics setting is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate. Familiarity with warehouse operations including picking & packing, order fulfillment, shipping & receiving, and inventory management is highly desirable. Knowledge of warehouse management systems (such as AS400 or MRP systems) and inventory management software will be advantageous. Basic math skills are essential for counting stock items accurately and processing transactions efficiently. Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other warehouse equipment safely; certification is a plus. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in data entry and record keeping. Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and support customer service initiatives.
