Warehouse Associate

Overview As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll keep products moving through warehouse operations, from receiving and stocking to order fulfillment and shipping. You’ll use warehouse management systems and equipment to support accurate, timely service for customers and distribution partners. Your impact: Accurate picking, packing, and shipment processing help customers receive the right orders and keep warehouse distribution running smoothly. Duties Receive, load, and unload shipments; verify items and record transactions through data entry. Stock products, manage inventory, and use an RF (radio frequency) scanner, order picker, pallet jack, or forklift as assigned. Pick, pack, and prepare e-commerce and other orders for shipment; support shipping and receiving and shipping logistics. Update records in inventory management software, warehouse management systems, or enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems; Microsoft Office, AS400, and material requirements planning (MRP) tools may also be used. Follow warehouse procedures and applicable trade compliance and international trade regulations; assist with customer service inquiries as needed. Experience Warehouse experience and familiarity with warehouse operations, logistics, warehouse distribution, inventory management, order picking, and picking and packing are helpful. Basic math and accurate data entry skills are important. Experience with a forklift, RF scanner, order picker, or pallet jack is preferred; equipment use depends on assignment and applicable requirements. Familiarity with inventory management software, warehouse management systems, Microsoft Office, ERP systems, MRP, or AS400 is a plus. Knowledge of shipping and receiving, packaging, stocking, order fulfillment, e-commerce, shipping logistics, or trade compliance is beneficial.
