Warehouse Associate OPmobility | Hendersonville, TN Job Summary OPmobility is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our logistics team in Hendersonville, TN. In this role, you will support daily warehouse operations by managing inventory, fulfilling orders, receiving and shipping materials, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and accurately store incoming materials and products. Pick, pack, and prepare customer and production orders for shipment. Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment. Perform inventory transactions and maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems and RF scanners. Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits as required. Ensure timely and accurate movement of materials to support production operations. Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization in accordance with company standards. Follow all safety policies, procedures, and quality requirements. Assist with shipping documentation and receiving records. Collaborate with team members and other departments to support operational goals. QualificationsRequired High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution experience preferred. Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment or willingness to be trained. Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse management systems. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Dependable attendance and strong work ethic. Must have valid Driver's License. Preferred Forklift certification or prior forklift experience. Experience using RF scanners and inventory control systems. Experience working in a manufacturing environment. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Frequently lift, carry, push, or pull materials up to 50 pounds. Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift. Ability to work in a warehouse and manufacturing environment. Work Environment Fast-paced warehouse and manufacturing setting. Exposure to varying temperatures, moving equipment, and industrial machinery. Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as designated by company policy.
