Warehouse Associate

Job Summary We are seeking a Warehouse Associate to support accurate, timely warehouse operations, from receiving goods through order fulfillment. You will use warehouse systems and equipment to manage inventory, prepare shipments, and help maintain an organized, safe work area. Your impact: Accurate picking, packing, and shipping help customers receive the right orders and support reliable distribution. Responsibilities Receive, inspect, load, and unload shipments; complete shipping and receiving records. Pick, pack, package, and stage orders pallet jack, or forklift, as authorized. Stock products and maintain inventory records using a warehouse management system, inventory management software, or enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. Enter data, perform basic math, and use Microsoft Office to support inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping logistics. Follow warehouse operations and distribution procedures, including applicable trade compliance and international trade regulations; assist with customer service inquiries. Experience Warehouse experience, including stocking, order picking, picking and packing, and load and unload tasks, is preferred. Familiarity with warehouse management systems, inventory management software, ERP systems, materials requirements planning (MRP), or AS400 is an asset. Ability to use basic math and complete accurate data entry; Microsoft Office experience is helpful. Forklift, order picker, RF scanner, and pallet jack experience is preferred; operate equipment only when trained and authorized. Knowledge of logistics, warehouse distribution, shipping and receiving, shipping logistics, and trade compliance is beneficial.
