Warehouse Associate

We are one of the top leading retail chains in the Lower Mainland specializing in vape products, cannabis accessories, and specialty drinks. Over the past 10 years, we have grown to over 40 corporate and franchise locations throughout B.C., with continued expansion underway. Our Head Office distribution hub in Port Coquitlam manages high-volume replenishment to keep every store stocked and running. Our warehouse culture is down-to-earth, genuine, and close-knit. We have a great group of people who enjoy working together without stiff corporate formalities or micromanagement. However, this is a fast-paced, high-output distribution environment. Our days move rapidly, deadlines are strict, and shipping volume can get intense and stressful during peak fulfillment periods. We need someone who genuinely thrives staying active, works with a high sense of urgency, and stays composed under pressure. Responsibilities: Comply with warehouse health and safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workstation and floor. Prepare, pick, pack, and stage outgoing store shipments accurately and strictly within cutoff times. Receive, verify, and process incoming shipments accurately Maintain strict inventory integrity through regular inventory counts and First-In, First-Out (FIFO) rotation, including tracking expiry dates. Communicate professionally with other members in and outside the company Work cohesively with your team members to accomplish the above tasks. Stay up to date with company posts and messages. Take initiative on warehouse upkeep and other operational tasks as assigned. Other duties may be assigned. Additional Requirements: Pace & Resilience: High stamina and the ability to maintain speed and focus in a demanding, fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly. Autonomy & Accountability: Self-directed worker who stays on task, manages time effectively, and takes ownership of output without constant supervision. Physical Capability: Ability to stand and walk for full 8-hour shifts, kneel, bend, and consistently perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs). Attention to Detail: High accuracy in reading product codes, batch numbers, and pick lists to eliminate mis-picks before they leave the building. Adaptability: Quick learner capable of absorbing a large, evolving product catalog and adapting to changing floor priorities. Team Fit: Reliable, easy to communicate with, punctual, and comfortable working alongside a diverse, collaborative crew. Language & Literacy: Strong English reading, writing, and communication skills (required). Experience: 1 year of warehouse, fulfillment, or high-volume inventory experience is preferred, but solid work ethic, resilience, and attention to detail are prioritized. Education: Secondary School diploma (preferred). Schedule: Monday-Friday (weekend flexibility preferred). Some Holidays may be required.
