We take pride in being a leader in the poultry industry, committed to innovation and excellence. The successful candidates will have the opportunity to pick, pack and ship orders in a unionized, make to order manufacturing plant. Qualifications: Experienced in handling propane/counter Tow Motor (preferred). Ability to drive a counter balanced tow motor and a reach truck when required. 2+ years experience working within a manufacturing setting - picking and distributing materials. Mechanical Aptitude - Able to perform basic mechanical duties. Basic knowledge of safe work regulations. Able to lift up to 50 Lbs. Ability to read, comprehend and follow simple written and oral instructions. Willingness to work in a team environment. Good communication skills. Excellent attendance record.
