Warehouse Associate

Position Overview We're looking for dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse & Fulfillment Associates to help keep Balloon Outfitters' daily shipping and warehouse operations running smoothly. In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and shipping customer orders using ShipStation and our established fulfillment procedures. You'll also assist with receiving merchandise, stocking inventory, and maintaining an organized warehouse. What You'll Do Accurately pick, verify, and pack customer orders. Use ShipStation to compare available shipping options, select the appropriate service based on Company guidelines, and generate shipping labels. Select appropriate packaging to ensure orders are protected and shipped efficiently. Receive, unload, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise. Maintain accurate inventory records, assist with inventory counts, and keep products organized and accessible. Prepare completed orders for carrier pickup or customer collection. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse while following established procedures. Participate in cross-training and assist with other areas of the business as needed to support daily operations and the team. What We're Looking For Previous warehouse, shipping, or order fulfillment experience preferred, but not required. Comfortable using computers and learning shipping and inventory software. Strong attention to detail, basic math skills, and the ability to accurately verify quantities and orders. Dependable, organized, and able to work independently after training. A team-first attitude and willingness to help coworkers and assist in other areas of the business as needed. Ability to perform physical warehouse tasks, including standing, bending, reaching, and handling packages up to 50 lbs., with assistance or equipment when appropriate. Experience with pallet jacks or similar warehouse equipment is a plus, but not required. Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English to accurately process orders, follow written instructions, and assist customers. Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
