Warehouse Associate (Fulfillment, Fully Cross-Trained) | $23–$25/hr | Tualatin, OR | Hiring 2 Who we are Co-Operations is an independent fulfillment and logistics company in Tualatin. Our 50,000 sq ft warehouse handles 4,000–10,000 orders a month for about 25 brands, from local consumer products to wholesale and Amazon FBA prep. Our team is small, eight people, and every person on the floor matters to how we run. Why this isn’t a typical warehouse job You won’t do one task all day. We cross-train everyone in receiving, picking, packing, kitting, FBA prep, returns, cycle counts, loading and forklift work. The goal is that you can run any part of the floor. You’ll be core staff, not a number. On a team this size, management knows your name, your strengths and where you want to grow. Your ideas for improving a process get heard, and often get used. There’s a real onboarding plan. You won’t be thrown in on day one and expected to keep up. We have a structured ramp-up with clear goals and a pay increase when you reach them. We pay for experience. We recently raised our associates’ pay, and we pay to keep skilled people. Pay, benefits and ramp-up Starting pay: $23/hr After 90 days: $25/hr, once you’ve met your ramp-up goals Weeks 1–2: safety, our systems and shadowing an experienced associate Days 30–60: working independently in pick, pack and receiving, with accuracy goals Day 90: cross-trained across the floor, certified on our equipment, and moved to $25/hr Benefits: health insurance after the 90-day introductory period, paid time off and paid holidays What you’ll do Receive and check inbound freight against purchase orders, then put it away to the right locations Pick and pack ecommerce and wholesale orders accurately, using a warehouse management system and handheld scanners Prep shipments for Amazon FBA: labeling, bundling and packaging to Amazon’s requirements Assemble kits, process returns, and handle special projects for client brands Run cycle counts and keep inventory accurate Operate a forklift and pallet jack safely, and load and unload trucks Keep your work areas clean, organized and safe What we’re looking for At least 1–2 years in a fulfillment center, 3PL, FBA prep or similar warehouse. We care about multi-client, detail-heavy experience, not just high-volume work at one large company. Forklift experience with prior certification required. We’ll certify you on our equipment. Comfort with handheld scanners and a WMS. Experience with Extensiv (3PL Central) is a plus. Accuracy first. You check your own work before it ships. Able to lift up to 50 lb and stand or walk for a full shift Reliable attendance. On a team this small, everyone counts on each other. Schedule: Full-time, [Monday–Friday], 8:00 am–4:30 pm.
