Warehouse Associate We're looking for a dependable Warehouse Associate who takes pride in safe, accurate material handling and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. If you're skilled with reach trucks and stand-up forklifts, confident navigating warehouse systems, and ready to play a key role in keeping production running smoothly, this is a great opportunity to make an impact. Compensation Starting hourly rate is $21.00 per hour. Team Members working the Night Shift will qualify for an additional 6% shift differential . Work Schedule Rotational 12-hour shift | 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off Day Shift: 6 AM – 6 PM Night Shift: 6 PM – 6 AM (preference given to night candidates) New Team Members can expect approximately 2–3 weeks of paid training on the Day Shift before transitioning to their assigned schedule. Team Members work approximately 182 days per year , providing more built-in opportunities to attend doctor appointments, complete errands, spend time with family, travel, pursue hobbies, and recharge while maintaining full-time status and benefits eligibility. Employees working this rotating schedule can also earn up to an additional $2,882.88 annually compared to a traditional 8-hour shift schedule.
