Warehouse Associate

Overview Join our warehouse team as a Warehouse Associate and keep products moving accurately and efficiently. You’ll support daily warehouse operations, from receiving and stocking inventory to picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. Your impact: Accurate order fulfillment helps customers receive the right products and supports reliable warehouse distribution. Duties Receive, inspect, load, and unload shipments; organize and stock products in designated locations. Pick and pack orders using an order picker, radio-frequency (RF) scanner, pallet jack, or forklift, as authorized. Enter shipment and inventory information into a warehouse management system (WMS), enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, or other inventory management software; some sites may use AS400 or material requirements planning (MRP) systems. Support shipping and receiving, shipping logistics, and order fulfillment while following applicable trade compliance and international trade regulations. Provide responsive customer service and coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to resolve order or inventory issues. Skills Basic math, accurate data entry, and familiarity with Microsoft Office. Knowledge of inventory management, warehouse distribution, and warehouse operations. Warehouse experience is helpful; experience with inventory management software, WMS, ERP systems, MRP, or AS400 is preferred. Familiarity with shipping and receiving, order picking, picking and packing, packaging, and stocking. Ability to safely use a forklift, order picker, RF scanner, or pallet jack is an asset; follow site procedures and any applicable equipment authorization requirements.
