Warehouse Associate

Warehouse Associate – Full Time Schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Position Overview The Well (Big Daddy’s Antiques) is seeking a hardworking, reliable Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations and ensure our inventory, showroom pieces, and deliveries are handled with care and efficiency. This role is hands‑on, fast‑paced, and essential to keeping our warehouse organized, safe, and running smoothly. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail‑oriented, and comfortable with physical labor, including lifting and moving heavy items. Our warehouse team plays a critical role in making sure every part and piece is in the right place to support production, retail, and logistics each day. Key Responsibilities Organize and maintain warehouse inventory to ensure efficient workflow Safely lift, move, and handle heavy items using proper techniques and equipment Load and unload shipments, deliveries, and incoming stock Report damaged items, missing parts, or inventory discrepancies Assist with assembling, packing, and preparing items for delivery or showroom display Maintain a clean, safe, and well‑organized work environment Follow all warehouse safety guidelines and protocols Operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack, etc.) safely and as required Qualifications Strong work ethic with excellent attention to detail Dependable, punctual, and committed to safety Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy items Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Valid CA Driver’s License with a clean driving record Forklift certification preferred, or willingness to be trained and certified Experience using material‑handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack, etc.) is a plus Equal Opportunity Employer We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and value diversity at our company.
