We're looking for a detail-driven, take-charge Warehouse Operations Assistant to help keep our products moving and our customers thrilled.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Keep products moving — transport incoming and outgoing materials using hand dollies, forklifts, shrink wrap machines, and pallet jacks.
- Be the quality gatekeeper — inspect incoming and outgoing materials to make sure only the best goes out the door.
- Own the warehouse organization — sort and place items on racks, shelves, and bins following inventory procedures.
- Pick, pack, and ship products so our customers get what they need, when they need it.
- Process shipments and returns with speed and accuracy.
- Conduct physical inventory counts and replenish stock from back-up locations.
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
- Contribute to quality improvement efforts and follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
- Handle related administrative tasks, reports, and correspondence as needed.
WHAT YOU BRING
- High school diploma.
- At least one year of warehouse experience.
- Familiarity with shipping practices and handling methods; forklift certification is a plus.
- A self-starter mindset — comfortable working with minimal supervision.
- A commitment to excellence and high standards.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Sharp organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Flexibility and enthusiasm for shifting priorities.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; experience with Microsoft AX preferred.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple projects and hit deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs (22.68 kg).
