Our work environment includes: Casual work attire Relaxed atmosphere Safe work environment On-the-job training We are looking for a highly motivated and dedicated warehouse associate who can handle picking, packing, and shipping tasks in a warehouse environment. The winning candidate will display the experience or aptitude necessary to perform warehouse and fulfillment duties for customer orders and company promotional products, as well as maintain accurate inventory levels and handle product resupply tasks. Shift: Monday thru Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm Primary Warehouse Duties: Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: · Receive and review orders for packaging requirements. · Select appropriate packaging materials based on product specifications. · Package products according to established procedures and standards. · Ensure accurate labeling and documentation on all packages. · Inspect packaged items for quality and compliance with specifications. · Operating and utilizing equipment such as pallet jacks, rolling ladders, forklifts, banding machines, and other warehouse equipment. · Operate packaging machinery safely and efficiently. · Work within shipping and fulfillment software’s, such as ShipStation and FedEx shipping. · Maintain a clean and organized packaging area. · Assist in inventory management by counting and recording packaged items. · Collaborate with other warehouse staff to prioritize and fulfill orders. · Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries. Required Skills/Abilities: · Strong attention to detail and accuracy. · Basic math and computer skills. · Solid communication and teamwork skills. · Ability to follow instructions and work independently when necessary. Education and Experience: · High school diploma or equivalent required. · Prior experience with warehouse operations preferred but not required. · Pallet jack and forklift experience required. Physical Requirements: · Able to lift up to 50 pounds · Able to stand for extended periods · Constantly stand and/or walk during shift · Constantly repeat motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers · Occasionally ascend or descend ladders, stairs, ramps, etc. · Occasionally communicate with others to exchange information · Occasionally operate machinery and/or power tools · Occasionally work in low or high temperatures · Occasionally work in noisy environments · Light work that includes constantly moving and lifting objects up to 20 pounds, occasionally move and lift objects up to 100 pounds or more (utilizing a team lift as needed or equipment) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.50 - $20.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person
