Capstone Logistics, LLCWarehouse Associate (Stand-Up Forklift) Location: Jonesville, SC Pay: $700 - $1,000 Weekly Shift: 1st Shift Weekends 5AM-3:30PM Thurs-Mon 2nd Shift: 5PM-3:30AM Sun-Thurs Schedule: Set at Time of Hire Warehouse Associate - Unloading & Forklift Operations Capstone Logistics is hiring experienced Warehouse Associates with Stand-Up Forklift experience to support unloading and warehouse operations in a fast-paced distribution environment. This position combines hands-on freight handling with equipment operation and is ideal for candidates who enjoy active work and performance-driven environments. Responsibilities Unload inbound freight from trailers efficiently and safely Operate stand-up forklifts to move, stage, and organize product throughout the warehouse Sort, palletize, repack, and prepare freight for storage or shipment Perform freight audits and verify product accuracy Assist with loading, receiving, and general warehouse operations Maintain inventory integrity through proper product handling Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards Follow warehouse safety procedures and operational standards Support additional warehouse functions as assigned by site leadership Qualifications Previous warehouse experience required Stand-Up Forklift experience preferred Experience with unloading, freight handling, receiving, or distribution center operations is a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment Strong work ethic and reliable attendance Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Commitment to safety, quality, and productivity standards Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry 25-75 pounds regularly throughout the shift Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting Ability to work in a warehouse environment for extended periods Comfortable performing physical labor while maintaining productivity and accuracy standards Why Work with Capstone Logistics?
