Warehouse Associate

We are seeking a Warehouse Support Specialist to play a key role in supporting distribution operations in a warehouse setting. Key Responsibilities Operate warehouse equipment and process inbound, outbound, and internal activities to ensure accurate product movement. Prepare shipments, manage packaging materials, and stage items to meet dispatch deadlines. Reconcile inventory discrepancies, monitor stock levels, and address operational issues. Investigate handling issues, document shipment statuses, and maintain accurate records. Qualifications & Skills High School Diploma or GED required; related associate's degree or certifications preferred. Minimum of 3 years in warehouse support, distribution, or inventory management. Knowledge of warehouse equipment such as forklifts and cherry pickers. Strong understanding of inventory control, shipment preparation, and safety practices. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Additional Details Compensation starts at $22.53, with potential increases based on performance and incentives.
