Warehouse Associate

Job Summary We are a premier porcelain tiles and slabs showroom and warehouse looking for a reliable, hard-working Warehouse Associate & Delivery Driver to join our team. This is a dynamic, physical dual role. You will spend your time managing premium, large-format tile inventory in our warehouse and delivering orders directly to our residential and commercial clients. If you have a valid G license, a clean driving history, and experience operating a forklift, we want to hear from you! Duties Safely load, unload, and move heavy porcelain tiles, oversized slabs, and installation materials using a forklift and manual lifting. Assist with order picking, packaging, and preparing shipments for dispatch using warehouse management systems. Receive incoming shipments, inspect goods for damage, verify packing slips, and organize stock efficiently. Manage shipping and receiving activities by verifying the pick sheets. Maintain a clean, organized and safe workspace by loading and unloading supplies efficiently while adhering to safety protocols. Securely load and tie down fragile porcelain materials into the company delivery vehicle to prevent shifting during transit. Deliver orders to local job sites and residences, providing polite and professional customer service. Complete daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and maintain accurate delivery logs. Qualifications Proven warehouse experience with familiarity in warehouse distribution processes and inventory management systems. Valid Ontario Class G Driver’s License with a clean driver's abstract (must provide copy). Current valid certification in forklift operation. Experience in the tiles & slabs industry is a major asset. Ability to repeatedly lift, push, and pull heavy items and handle large-format porcelain slabs. Experience with order fulfillment, packaging, shipping & receiving procedures, and order picking techniques Strong understanding of warehouse safety standards and operational best practices Excellent attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately in a fast-paced setting.
