Warehouse Associate (海外仓操作员)

Responsibilities: Pick, pack, and label orders according to order sheets Stock shelves, replenish inventory, and organize storage locations Assist with receiving and inventory counts - Ensure shipping accuracy and on-time fulfillment Follow warehouse SOPs strictly (receiving → shelving → picking → scanning → label printing → relabeling → packing → verification → outbound) Requirements: Age 18–45, physically able to perform warehouse duties Warehouse, dropshipping, or logistics experience preferred (training provided for candidates without experience) Experience with barcode scanners / PDA preferred Detail-oriented, responsible, and reliable Hardworking and able to follow instructions Able to handle peak-season pace; team player Basic English preferred; willing to work overtime; seeking long-term stable employment Compensation & Benefits: Hourly pay negotiable based on experience, or piece-rate (the more you complete, the more you earn) Schedule based on warehouse shifts; workdays based on business volume Promotion and raise opportunities for outstanding performers Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Work Location: In person
