What You’ll Do Receive and sort donated goods into proper categories Identify items for retail and special sales Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and balers to move and process goods Work at the dock and help load and unload trucks Maintain production tallies and assist with inventory Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe Support other warehouse functions as needed Who You Are Reliable and ready to work in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and willingness to learn Someone who lives our values: Own It • Dare to Excel • Be Bold • Be Extraordinary • Win Together What You Bring High school diploma or GED preferred Material handling experience a plus Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods Comfortable with bending, reaching, and repetitive tasks Compensation $16–$18/hour based on experience We regularly review our pay and benefits to stay competitive!
