Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor and Lead, this role is responsible for accurately picking, processing, staging, and shipping orders using WMS and RF scanning tools. The ideal candidate will have proven warehouse experience and demonstrate the ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of safety, efficiency, and accuracy. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Accurately pick and stage orders based on customer and internal requirements. Operate a variety of material handling equipment (MHE), including forklifts, electric pallet jacks, reach trucks, and cherry pickers in accordance with safety standards. Process orders using RF-Smart WMS or comparable warehouse management systems (WMS), including scanning, label generation, and tracking. Confirm inventory accuracy through scanning, cycle counts, and real-time WMS updates. Prepare, pack, and wrap outbound shipments to ensure damage-free transit. Maintain clean and organized work areas to support operational safety and efficiency. Apply proper product handling techniques and install protective materials as required (e.g., bracing, padding, corner boards). Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety policies, and OSHA regulations. Participate in team huddles and communicate effectively with leads, supervisors, and team members. Support warehouse inventory control processes and assist in reconciling discrepancies. Minimum Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of recent experience in a warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment role. Forklift certified, with 6+ months of hands-on operation experience (sit-down, reach, or cherry picker preferred). Proficient in using RF scanners and WMS (RF-Smart or equivalent). Ability to work independently and meet performance metrics and accuracy standards. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Must be at least 18 years of age. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks including standing, bending, and reaching throughout the shift.
