AimRX 3PL, a subsidiary of AdvaGenPharma and Rubicon Research is seeking a full-time Warehouse Associate for their East Brunswick location. The Warehouse Associate is responsible for the accurate and efficient picking, packing, and preparation of pharmaceutical orders within a GMP-regulated distribution environment. Leveraging proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), this role ensures that customer orders, internal replenishment requests, and clinical supply shipments are fulfilled with a high degree of accuracy, speed, and full compliance with FDA regulations, cGMP standards, and company SOPs. The Associate maintains product integrity across the order fulfillment cycle and actively supports continuous improvement of pick/pack workflows. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WMS-Driven Pick Operations Log into and navigate the SAP WMS to retrieve and confirm daily pick tasks and work queues. Execute RF scanner-directed or voice-directed picking with attention to lot number, expiry date, and FEFO/FIFO rotation rules. Perform batch, zone, wave, and discrete pick methods as directed by WMS work assignments. Validate pick accuracy by scanning barcodes and confirming item, quantity, and storage location at each pick step. Resolve WMS discrepancies, short picks, and system exceptions; escalate unresolved issues to the supervisor. Operate manual and powered pallet jacks, pick carts, and order picker equipment as required. Pack & Labeling Operations Pack pharmaceutical products per customer-specific packing instructions, SOP requirements, and carrier specifications. Apply GMP-compliant Shipping labels, packing slip to meet serialization/track-and-trace & DSCSA compliance Select appropriate packaging materials (inserts, desiccants, cold packs) to protect product integrity during transit. Verify pack contents against the WMS packing slip and sign off on completed pack records. Prepare temperature-sensitive orders with validated cold chain packaging protocols (2°C–8°C, ambient, or frozen). Order Accuracy & Quality Control Perform 100% barcode scan verification at pack station prior to carton seal. Conduct visual quality checks on product condition, packaging integrity, and label legibility. Complete batch records, pick/pack logs, and electronic WMS confirmations accurately and on time. Identify, quarantine, and report damaged, expired, or suspect product in accordance with deviation SOPs. Support QA investigations including root-cause analysis for picking or packing errors. GMP, Regulatory & Inventory Compliance Adhere to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Good Distribution Practices (GDP), and all applicable SOPs at all times. Maintain DSCSA product traceability documentation for serialized prescription drug products. Participate in cycle counts, wall-to-wall inventory audits, and location verification tasks. Maintain clean, organized, and audit-ready pick/pack workstations consistent with GMP housekeeping standards. Comply with DEA security requirements when handling Schedule II–V controlled substances (where applicable). Complete all required GMP training, SOP read-and-understand records, and annual competency assessments.
