This role requires a high level of attention to detail, data entry accuracy, and the ability to work well under pressure.. . **Key Responsibilities**. - Efficiently process and fulfill customer orders using internal systems and tools.. - Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments.. - Identify and verify product part numbers and place items in designated storage locations.. - Utilize scanners, barcodes, and tracking systems to manage inventory and shipments.. - Prepare packages for billing and shipping according to documentation.. - Assist in inventory counts and maintain shipping/receiving supply levels.. - Follow safety protocols and maintain cleanliness in the warehouse.. - Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors.. - Perform other duties as required to support operational goals.. **Qualifications and Skills**. - High attention to detail and organizational skills.. - Ability to multitask and manage several tasks simultaneously.. - Familiarity with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Google Workspace.. - Basic computer proficiency with experience using hand scanners and order systems.. - Prior warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment experience preferred (0–2 years).. - Strong understanding of order flow and shipment processes.. - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.. - Ability to fluently read, write, and speak Spanish; English proficiency . . **Physical Requirements**. - Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs.. - Ability to stand and walk for extended periods on concrete surfaces.. - Steel-toe shoes required (not provided).. - Comfortable working in a warehouse setting with physical labor.. . **Work Environment**.
