Warehouse Associate

Responsibilities: · Prepare outgoing shipments; sales order picking, packing, labeling packages, and preparing for carrier pick-ups. · Assist with inventory management, including stock rotation, cycle counting, and replenishment. · Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient order fulfillment and timely shipping. · Receive incoming shipments and verify the contents against purchase orders or invoices. · Inspect packages for damage and report any discrepancies or issues. · Maintain a clean and organized work and warehouse environment. · Ability to communicate and work well as part of a team and display a positive, helpful demeanor, and a commitment to providing the best in customer service. Requirements: · Previous experience in a warehouse or shipping/receiving role. · Familiarity with warehouse distribution processes and procedures. · Strong attention to detail in picking, packing, and shipping/receiving procedures. · Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. · Good communication skills to interact with team members, vendors, and carriers. · Knowledge of and ability to operate a forklift. · Must meet medium-level physical exertion requirements, including lifting up to 50 pounds frequently. · High School Diploma/GED equivalent required.
