KellyLight Assembly Worker / Warehouse Operator Carlisle, PA Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM $17.30 per hour Are you dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to join a team that keeps operations moving? We're looking for a Light Assembly Worker / Warehouse Operator to support warehouse operations by picking, organizing, scanning, and moving materials in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Do Pick and prepare customer orders accurately Read and process work orders, shipping orders, and inventory documents Move materials from racks, shelves, bins, and storage areas Scan and track materials using warehouse systems Assist with inventory counts and material control Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse Perform light facility maintenance, including sweeping, dusting, and mopping Support assembly and warehouse operations as needed Complete other duties assigned by leadership What We're Looking For High School Diploma or GED required Experience with computers and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Self-motivated with a strong work ethic Team player who works well with diverse groups Flexible to work overtime or varying shifts when business needs require Ability to read work instructions, safety procedures, and operational documents Basic math skills and attention to detail Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards Physical Requirements Lift up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally Stand and walk for extended periods Frequent reaching, bending, twisting, and handling materials Occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, and stair climbing Ability to perform tasks requiring close and distance vision Why Join Us?
