Warehouse Associate

Job Overview UpMerch is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our growing fulfillment team. We ship promotional products for businesses and brands, and we’re moving into a new warehouse soon. In this role, you’ll keep our warehouse running smoothly by picking, packing, and shipping orders, receiving inventory, and keeping stock organized and accurate. This position starts as a 90-day temporary role. Associates who show up reliably, work accurately, and fit well with the team will be offered a full-time permanent position with benefits. Duties Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately using pick lists and ShipStation. Package products securely and print and apply shipping labels correctly. Receive incoming shipments, check them against packing lists, and put stock away in the proper location. Load and unload boxes and deliveries safely using hand trucks and pallet jacks. Conduct regular inventory counts and help reconcile discrepancies. Keep shelves, storage areas, and pack stations clean and organized for easy retrieval. Help set up and organize our new warehouse space. Follow safety procedures and help maintain a safe work environment. Skills Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or e-commerce experience is a plus, but not required. Experience with ShipStation or similar shipping software is a plus. Strong attention to detail, with accuracy in picking, packing, and counting. Basic math skills for counting inventory and checking quantities. Comfortable using a computer and learning new software. Reliable and punctual, with good attendance. Works well independently and as part of a small team. Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly, and to stand, walk, bend, and squat for a full shift, with or without reasonable accommodation.
