Your Game Plan: What You’ll Do Keep Things Moving: Receive, unload, inspect, and organize incoming shipments. Get Orders Ready: Pick, pack, and prepare HVAC equipment, parts, and materials for delivery or pickup. Own Your Space: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe so the team can work efficiently. Stay on Top of Inventory: Track stock levels, organize products, and report items that need replenishing. Handle the Heavy Lifting: Assist with loading and unloading equipment, tools, and supplies. Make It Easy to Find: Label and store materials so technicians can quickly access what they need. Be a Team Player: Work closely with warehouse staff and technicians to keep daily operations running smoothly. The MVP We’re Looking For You don’t need to know everything about HVAC to succeed here. We’re looking for someone with a great attitude, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn. Dependable, punctual, and ready to take ownership of your responsibilities. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage time effectively. Comfortable working independently and as part of a team. Able to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds. Willing to work in a hands-on environment that may include occasional outdoor tasks. Previous warehouse, inventory, or HVAC experience is helpful, but not required . Forklift experience is a plus, but not required.
