Warehouse Associate
NYBS INCJob Overview We are seeking a dependable, hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with daily warehouse operations, including receiving, organizing, picking, packing, and shipping merchandise while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment. This role suits someone who works carefully, communicates well, and enjoys supporting customers and teammates. Key Responsibilities Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments. Pick and pack customer orders accurately. Prepare orders for shipping and arrange outgoing deliveries. Stock shelves and organize warehouse inventory. Load and unload trucks and containers. Assist with inventory counts and stock management. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse. Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely. Assist customers and other departments when needed. Perform other warehouse duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required. Ability to lift bags and move boxes and merchandise. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable, punctual, and hardworking. Ability to follow instructions and meet daily deadlines. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and data entry, are preferred. Forklift, order picker, and pallet jack experience is useful but not required. Customer service skills, attention to detail, basic math, and knowledge of shipping logistics.
