Warehouse Associate

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this role, you will assist with the day-to-day operation of the warehouse, including receiving, organizing, picking, packing, and preparing products for shipment. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Responsibilities: Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment Move products and materials throughout the warehouse Stock and organize inventory in designated locations Verify products and quantities for accuracy Assist with loading and unloading trucks Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow warehouse procedures and safety guidelines Report damaged, missing, or incorrect inventory Assist with inventory counts as needed Work with other warehouse team members to complete daily tasks and meet productivity goals Qualifications: Previous warehouse, distribution, shipping, or receiving experience is preferred but not required Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team Dependable attendance and punctuality Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift Ability to lift and move packages and materials as required Basic communication and organizational skills Attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety Pay: $24.80 - $29.90 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Benefits: Employee assistance program Employee discount Paid time off Referral program Retirement plan Work Location: In person
