Warehouse Associate

About the Role Stone Mall is looking for a dependable, safety-minded Warehouse Associate to keep material moving through our facility. You’ll load and unload trucks, move slabs with an overhead crane, operate forklifts, and help keep our inventory accurate. If you like hands-on work, take pride in doing things right, and want steady full-time hours with overtime available, we’d like to hear from you. What You’ll Do Load and unload materials from trucks and containers safely and efficiently Move and position slabs using an overhead crane, following proper rigging and lifting procedures Operate forklifts to transport, stage, and store materials throughout the warehouse Inspect incoming and outgoing materials for damage and verify quantities against paperwork Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies to keep records accurate Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards, including sweeping, clearing debris and packing material, and keeping aisles and work areas clear Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times What We’re Looking For Required: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, walk, bend, and reach for an entire shift Reliable attendance and availability for the schedule listed below Willingness to take part in daily cleaning and upkeep of the warehouse Strong attention to detail, especially with counts and material handling Clear communication and the ability to work well as part of a team Preferred: Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution, or similar environment Forklift certification (or willingness to be certified; we provide training) Experience operating an overhead crane or handling slabs or other heavy, fragile materials Schedule Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Saturdays, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM on a rotating schedule Overtime available Pay & Benefits $17.50–$23.00 per hour, based on experience Paid, hands-on training, including equipment operation Health insurance options available Life insurance after 1 year of employment Paid sick time Paid holidays Paid vacation days Working Conditions This role is performed in a warehouse environment with exposure to heavy equipment, moving machinery, and seasonal temperatures.
