Our commitment to exceptional service and innovative problem-solving helps customers overcome their most complex automation challenges. www.heitek.com At Heitek Automation the warehouse associate is responsible for receiving and storing materials and inventory, picking and fulfilling orders, shipping outbound materials, and validating inventory accuracy. Essential Functions Receiving: Match receipts against purchase orders. Select, count, sort, and verify items against supplier packing list. Inspect inventory for quality. Receive inbound items into ERP system. Inventory Control: Put away inventory to assigned bin. Scanning, stacking, organizing, shelving inventory. Cycle count inventory to ensure inventory integrity. Staging: Pick items for staged sales orders and production orders. Shipping: Pick and pack fulfillment orders. Prepare outbound shipments for transit. Pack materials into boxes, build pallets and wrap contents. Prepare Bill of Lading, outbound shipping labels, and update ERP system with all information on shipment. Delivery: Deliver fulfillment orders to customers. Experience, Education and Skills Basic computer skills. Ability to use email, basic understanding of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook) Ability to work independently Demonstrated attention to detail Ability to lift 50 pounds independently Trainable on a forklift Good attitude Equal Opportunity Employer, including disability and protected veteran status.
