Job Title: Warehouse Associate Location: Windsor, NJ Salary: $18-20 per hour Hours: Flexible Schedule, part time or full time, looking for someone for 25-40+ hours per week Shift : Day (Between 8 AM - 5 PM) Employment Type: Part-Time or Full-Time Job Overview: Are you looking for an opportunity to build a diverse skill set in a hands-on business environment? This is a day shift position, but with flexibility for you to set your schedule within our operating times. Primary Responsibilities (90-100%): Order Fulfillment: Picking and packing customer orders accurately and on time. Shipping & Handling: Preparing outbound shipments to ensure fast and secure delivery. Product Assembly: Help with final step preparation, labeling, riveting, bagging, and kitting. Inventory Management: Tracking and managing stock levels, conducting inventory counts, and organizing products. Return Processing: Handling returns and coordinating with customers to ensure a smooth process. Administrative Support (0-10%): Support the team with general office tasks and administrative duties to help keep the business running smoothly. Ideal Candidate: Strong organizational and multitasking skills Detail-oriented, reliable, and customer-focused mindset Excellent written and verbal communication skills Eager to learn, adaptable, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a small business environment Prior experience in warehousing or retail is a plus to have. Any entomology, ecology, biology, or environmental science experience or interest is a plus, but not required Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry packages up to 40lbs occasionally Regularly lift and move packages 10-25lbs.
