Warehouse Associate

We are seeking reliable warehouse candidates for temp to hire Warehouse Associates involving order selection and fresh food processing. Duties vary by assignment and include warehouse picking, cutting and packaging produce, and preparing orders for shipment. Pay Rate: $18.00–$20.00/hr. depending on shift. *Weekly Pay Shift Options for Warehouse Associates: Evening Shift: Sunday–Friday, starting at 5:30 PM until work is completed (approximately 9–10 hours). Saturday and one weekday off. Day Shift: Monday–Friday, starting at 8:00 AM until work is completed (typically 3:00–6:00 PM, occasionally as late as 8:00 PM). Order Picking Duties: Select orders accurately in a traditional warehouse environment. Operate an electric pallet jack; reach truck experience preferred. Meet productivity and accuracy expectations. Operate electric pallet jack. *Must have previous experience. Fresh Cut Processing Duties: Cut and package vegetables and other fresh food products according to orders. Prepare products for shipment and maintain quality standards. Follow food safety and workplace safety procedures. Qualifications for Warehouse Associates: Warehouse experience required; order selection experience preferred. Electric Pallet Jack experience is preferred for the processor position. Ability to lift up to 50–80 lbs, stand for extended periods, and bend, squat, push, and pull. Comfortable working in cold, wet conditions (34°F–40°F). Safety-toe, slip-resistant, water-resistant boots required; candidates must provide their own cold-weather PPE. Ability to read, write, and understand English, perform basic arithmetic, and safely use sharp instruments. Reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous produce or food processing experience is a plus. Training may be available for candidates with general warehouse experience. No jewelry permitted to be worn during shift.
