Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Associate to support our distribution center operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient warehouse processes, managing inventory control, and leading our warehouse team to meet organizational and operational goals. This role requires strong leadership skills, physical endurance, and work ethic, as well as communication and organizational skills. Responsibilities Contribute to the safe and efficient execution of daily warehouse operations. Support inventory control processes to maintain optimal stock levels and reduce waste. Coordinate staging of outgoing orders based on daily shipping manifests. Receive incoming freight, ensuring accuracy shipments and inspecting their condition Support warehouse staff as needed Procure necessary supplies and equipment to support warehouse functions. Maintain accurate records. Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and improve service delivery. Qualifications Proven warehouse experience, preferably in a distribution center environment. Strong knowledge of inventory control methods and best practices. Strong knowledge of warehouse management principles Experience operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks is a plus. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
