Duties Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and order pickers to load, unload, and move inventory efficiently. Manage shipping logistics by preparing shipments, verifying order accuracy, and ensuring proper packaging for delivery. Conduct inventory management tasks including stock counting, data entry into warehouse management software, and updating records using ERP systems like AS400 or MRP. Support order fulfillment processes by picking, packing, and organizing products for timely dispatch. Maintain accurate records of inbound and outbound shipments, stock levels, and warehouse activities using inventory management software. Assist with stocking shelves and organizing warehouse space to optimize storage capacity and accessibility. Ensure compliance with trade regulations and shipping & receiving standards while adhering to safety protocols. Skills Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, ERP systems (such as AS400), and Microsoft Office tools. Strong understanding of warehouse operations including shipping logistics, order picking & packing, load & unload procedures, and trade compliance. Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts and order processing. Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other warehouse equipment with proper certification if applicable. Excellent data entry skills combined with customer service orientation to assist internal teams and external partners effectively. Knowledge of international trade regulations and e-commerce fulfillment processes is a plus. Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
