Warehouse Associate

We’re Hiring: Full-Time Warehouse AssociateEntry-Level Position • Room to Grow Coastal Countertops & Tile and Cabinets by Coastal are looking for an organized, dependable, and motivated person to help manage receiving, warehouse organization, and customer material pickups. This is a hands-on, entry-level position with training provided and the opportunity to grow into a warehouse management role. We’re looking for a self-starter with a friendly personality, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. Responsibilities include: Meet delivery drivers and safely unload tile, cabinets, and other materials. Check deliveries against purchase orders and packing slips for accuracy. Inspect materials for damage and report shortages or discrepancies. Label and organize materials by customer and job. Prepare and double-check orders for customer pickup or delivery. Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers with loading materials. Safely operate a forklift after completing required training and certification. Communicate with the office, sales team, and delivery drivers. Keep accurate receiving records and maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse. Our ideal candidate is: Organized and detail-oriented. Dependable and a team player. Friendly, professional, and customer-focused. A self-starter who takes initiative and follows through. Comfortable operating a forklift and able to complete the training and evaluation required to become forklift certified. Willing to learn and comfortable with physical warehouse work, including lifting and moving materials safely. Prior warehouse or forklift experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person!
