Warehouse Associate

Employment Type: Full-Time Work Location: Fremont Job Summary We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse & Inventory Associate to support daily warehouse operations, inventory management, and shipping activities. The ideal candidate should have previous warehouse experience, basic computer skills, and the ability to handle inventory and shipping tasks accurately and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Warehouse Operations: Handle daily warehouse activities, including receiving, inspecting, storing, picking, and packing products. Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with regular inventory counts and stock reconciliation. SAP & Data Entry: Perform inventory transactions and update records in SAP and excel (SAP experience preferred). Shipping: Handle order processing, picking, packing, and shipment preparation; coordinate outgoing shipments and ensure orders are accurately and timely fulfilled. Returns & RMA: Receive, inspect, and process returned products and assist with RMA-related activities. Perform all other duties as assigned. Qualifications & Requirements Previous warehouse experience is required. SAP experience is preferred. Basic Microsoft Excel skills and computer proficiency. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize daily responsibilities. Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Good communication skills and a positive working attitude. Ability to lift and move warehouse products as required.
